CLAYVER WINERY SYSTEM is the new CLAYVER support system, available in two types of modular and versatile configurations: Aristeo and Atlante.
ARISTEO
It is an arrangement of barrels, starting from 1200L, which can be extended as desired in height and width across the entire wall.
The ARISTEO modular system enables the creation of a wall of stoneware barrels. The self-supporting AISI 304 modules protect the barrels, whilst the front-mounted rotating system ensures effective stirring and complete emptying of the lees.
