Oxoline stand for the Trio configuration, a new accessory unveiled at Enoforum

From 21 to 23 May 2019, Clayver will be taking part in Enoforum in Vicenza.

As part of one of Europe’s leading wine conferences, we will be present with a small exhibition stand where Clayver will showcase its latest innovations, such as the new rack developed by Oxoline for storing barrels horizontally – a system that is extremely useful for optimising space in the cellar and arranging our barrels on multiple levels.

To give everyone the chance to experience the benefits of ageing in Clayver, a guided tasting of a 2017 Barbera and a 2017 Cortese – aged simultaneously in wood, steel and Clayver – will also be held on Wednesday 22nd at 9.30 am. Registration for the conference and tasting is now open, but as we are expecting a large turnout, we recommend contacting the conference organisers as soon as possible to book your place.
